1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on v999 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The platform supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on v999 are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• v999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Using bonus funds with a minimum-risk strategy or using specific game strategies to avoid wagering requirements is prohibited.

5 VIP Program

v999's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. v999 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and members will be notified in advance of any such changes.

6 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v999 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
• Participating in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Attempting to influence the platform using automated bots or other software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of the above rules, v999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
